Refund Timeline
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return: installed or used nozzles, heatbreaks showing heat-cycling marks, cleaning consumables (needles, thermal paste) that have been opened, and items returned after the 30-day window.
Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, Core3DUpgrades covers all return shipping costs.
Can I return a nozzle I have already installed?
No. Components that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If the component is defective after installation, please contact us — we assess these on a case-by-case basis.
What counts as "defective"?
A defective component is one that fails to perform its stated function under normal operating conditions, arrives physically damaged, or does not match the product specification. Normal wear from abrasive filament use is not covered.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take a further 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
What if my order never arrived?
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us at [email protected]. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
